The watch case is made of stainless steel with a see-through case back, measuring 42mm in size with a band width of 22mm and a case thickness of 11.03mm. The crystal is made of sapphire with double-sided anti-reflection treatment.

The gradient dial of the Multifort M features a vertical satin finish reminiscent of the Côtes de Genève characteristic of the collection.
